We are offering an exceptional candidate the chance to be a Full Time Warehouse Administrator, the roll will be to undertake and assist in the day to day admin functions within the HDC operation ensuring all targets are met and the highest standards of quality and accuracy are maintained to ensure expectations are achieved. This is a great opportunity for colleagues who have experience and knowledge in systems and for those that are keen to progress within the business.

What are you accountable for achieving as Warehouse Administrator:

  • Ensure the operation meets all requirements by completing each function to the highest standard
  • Be flexible in your approach to working hours/days – comply with the site annualised hours scheme and be committed to working 6th shifts when needed
  • Facilitate effective communication at all levels
  • Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Ensure adherence to Safe Systems of Work
  • Undertake all training offered to become multi-skilled which will lead to a better understanding of the operation as a whole
  • Ensure company policies are adhered to
  • Maintain customer service levels within own areas of responsibility
  • Assist in maintaining all areas of the shifts administration

Essential skills needed for a Warehouse Administrator:

Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good interpersonal and planning skills with high motivation
  • Good communicator (verbal & written)
  • Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Excel            

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous warehouse administration experience
  • Strong understanding of the JDA warehouse management system
