Warehouse Team Leader

We are offering an exceptional candidate the chance to be a  Warehouse Team Leader within the DC, to support the planning, co-ordination, and supervision of the warehouse operation; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development.

• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Team management
• Facilitate effective communication at all levels
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Ensure adherence to Safe Systems of Work
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
• Maintain customer service levels within own areas of responsibility
• Maintain all areas of shift administration
• Carry out investigations and ensure adherence to the site disciplinary policies throughout the warehouse

• Excellent organisational skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
• Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel
• Minimum of 1 year experience of team management (desirable)
