HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver - (HIAB training provided)

Class 2 HIAB Driver - Monday to Saturday - 39 hours per week annualised – Up to £24,000 per annum based on experience - Training will be provided to operate a HIAB

We are looking for an experienced driver to join our team working on our Wickes contract in Oldham.:

• Permanent position
• Salary between Up to £24,000 per annum depending on level of experience
• Starting between 06:00 – 07:00
• Contracted to 39 hours per week annualised
• Rotational shift pattern between Monday and Saturday
• HIAB training available

• You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement of multidrop and direct delivery of our customer’s products.
• Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
• A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business.
• Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements.
• HIAB training provided

What we expect from our drivers:

• You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement of multidrop and direct delivery of our customer’s products.
• Using HIAB or Moffet to unload products at destinations - HIAB training will be provided
• Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times.
• A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business.
• Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements
• Offer is subject to DBS clearance

• The applicant must hold a CAT C driving licence and current DCPC card.
• HIAB experience advantageous - however training provided
• Home Delivery experience.
• Customer facing awareness.
• Excellent timekeeper and able to work unsupervised.
• Enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service.
• Good communication skills and a flexible can do attitude to work.
• Must have a good geographical knowledge.
• Offer is subject to DBS clearance
