WE NEED YOU...

We are looking for determined and accomplished individuals to join our teams on-site at Stafford for Wincanton, on behalf of our customer Screwfix.

You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

SHIFTS: To cover 5 out of the 7 days a week

  • Rotating Days (6am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm)

SHIFT PREMIUMS: 25% shift premium on the below days of work

  • Weekend work – candidates will be expected to work 1 in every few weekends

About you…

Any experience within a warehouse setting is advantageous but NOT essential

Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI’s and targets effectively

To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service

Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved

Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectively
