Role Profile

An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers to work on behalf of our EnergyLink contract based out of Totton.

  • Working an average of 48 hours per week on a 4 over 7 shift pattern
  • Start times from approximately 05:00 - working up to 12 hours per shift
  • Shift Pattern covering rotating day shifts and nights shifts
  • Weekend & night working required
  • Overtime paid at basic rate
  • 20 days' annual leave + 6 days' bank holiday. 
  • Potential – up to £1000 annual bonus based on no accidents and no unauthorised absence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Duties will include collecting, loading and delivering fuel
  • Will be loading from BP Hamble and Esso Hythe terminals
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork to ensure that deliveries are completed effectively, in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy
  • To carry out deliveries to both the customer and contractual service level requirements
  • To ensure contractual KPI’s over delivery of product is undertaken in both a legally compliant and health and safety manner
  • Working a guaranteed average basic of 48 hours per week
  • The volumes of work may fluctuate with “operational” peaks
  • The role itself will be rewarding in a challenging environment

Experience & Qualifications

  • MUST have Class 1 licence
  • MUST have minimum Class 3 ADR
  • MUST have minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
  • Fuel experience preferred but not essential
  • PDP licence preferred but not essential
  • MUST have valid DCPC and tachograph card
